How To Get 100 Borrower Referrals Per Year
When trying to get referrals you must remember the 7 LAWS OF LIFE:
- Diapers
- Diamonds
- Divorce
- Debt
- Downsize
- De construct
- Death
It is during these 7 D's that a borrower is going to need your help! There are several ways you can drip on them... Voice blasts, Text blasts, Email blasts with a video, a phone call, and direct email. It is crucial that you use your daily GREEN TIME to work on these clients.
Here is my formula I use:
- Touch each borrower 10 X per year
- 1 in 10 people when asked will give you a referral
- Touch 1,000 people 10 x per year = 10,000 touches
- 250 workdays= 40 touches per day
- 4 hours of GREEN TIME per day = 10 touches per hour
Now get out there and crush it!
